College and Career Preparation
Our College and Career Preparation program equips students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for life after high school. Through individualized planning, career exploration, and real-world experiences, students develop clear goals for higher education, employment, and independent living. We focus on building workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and decision-making skills, ensuring every learner is prepared to successfully transition into their future.
